FOUNDATION COURSE

Therapists may attend who meet the mandatory requirements:-

Recognised Qualification in Anatomy & Physiology
Certificate of Insurance
A body modality:-
- Massage
- Reflexology
- Aromatherapy
Cost approx £90- £125 depending on location

ADVANCED PROGRAMME

Therapists who meet the mandatory requirements:-

Previously attended the foundation training course.
Acquired Insurance Certification to uphold the application.
Qualification, practical treatment and registration maintained for six months +.
May attend the advanced module

OTOSCOPE

This advanced session, partly theoretical on the use of an otoscope, conditions of the auditory canal and views of diseased, damaged and infected tympanic membranes, but moreover practical, whilst less intense than the foundation course, equally full participation by all therapists during examination of each others ears with an otoscope is compulsory!

Assessment will take place throughout the session. A dissertation to corroborate the enhancement to the treatment the otoscope gives to be submitted following attendance.

The extensive handbook of notes will be supplied to you on the day.

BLENDING

Formulated for us by a Biochemist and our own Aromatherapist our superior range of T.A.Th products - including, ear wax dispersal drops are available. All our blends, in Roller Ball applicators are designed to enhance the treatment. Our unique blending module, allows the therpist to make & retail them, again partly theoretical in content covering the history and development of the blends, contraindications, storage and dilution of the blended ingredients, action and properties of each of the blends plus our exclusive Ear Wax Dispersal drops. During the practical session a blend unique to you will be prepared. Assessment will take place throughout the session. A case study to confirm the enhancement to the treatment the chosen blend has had during home use to be submitted following attendance.

The comprehensive manual, diagrams, recipes & information will be supplied to you on the day.
